Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berisi berbagai kegiatan penanganan dan pengelolaan berbagai potensi, kendala, tantangan, dan masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Landi Kanusuang Village, Mapilli District, Polewali Mandar Regency is one of the locations for this Unasman Multimatik Village Development Program (PUMD). Based on the village problems that have been previously revealed, a seminar for mosque administrators and mosque youth is very much needed. In designing this activity, first determine the concept in this case integrating the work program to be implemented. In the implementation of this program is aimed at the community, especially mosque administrators and mosque youth. Counseling and socialization media can improve the understanding of mosque administrators and mosque youth regarding the work program that we are implementing. Socialization or counseling regarding Mosque Revitalization as a center for religious and social learning is expected to provide an understanding of the 4 pillars of the main function of the mosque to mosque administrators and mosque youth in Landi Kanusuang village. However, amidst domestic and social responsibilities, the motivation and deep understanding of the hadiths regarding the merits and proper procedures of tahajud prayer are often neglected by homemakers. Therefore, there is a need for intensive educational outreach and hadith study programs based on authentic sources to strengthen the understanding and practice of this act of worship. The dissemination of hadiths on Tahajjud prayer is an educational program designed to provide the community with a comprehensive understanding of the hadiths regarding the virtues of Tahajjud prayer as an effort to improve the quality of worship and closeness to Allah SWT. This outreach program is presented in the form of da’wah activities and hadith studies delivered to Muslim women at the Nurul Alam Durin Barat Islamic Boarding School, the majority of whom are married women. The program is conducted using interactive lectures and hadith studies, supplemented by discussions and case studies addressing the challenges of practicing tahajjud in daily life. In caring for their crops, farmers usually use chemical fertilizers; however, they sometimes pay little attention to seed quality and soil type when applying them. In addition to chemical fertilizers, farmers also use organic fertilizers. Organic fertilizer raw materials are abundantly available in the household environment, inexpensive, and easily accessible. Various organic wastes from households, agriculture, and livestock activities, such as vegetable residues, fruit peels, and food waste, can be processed into high-quality organic fertilizer. Although farmers are able to produce organic fertilizer independently using natural materials, assistance from experts is still required to ensure consistent quality. Providing knowledge regarding plant nutrient elements derived from organic materials is expected to enhance the community’s capacity to produce organic fertilizer. The Community Service Team of STAI Darussalam initiated a program to introduce the management of kitchen waste into organic fertilizer with the aim of improving the knowledge and skills of partner communities, farmers, and farming households in Tlagah Village regarding the functions, benefits, production methods, and application of organic fertilizer on agricultural land. The methods employed included lectures, discussions, and soil condition assessments. The results indicate that the community was able to process and utilize organic waste in an environmentally friendly manner. This Community Service (PKM) activity was carried out by students of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program at Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara in response to this situation, involving 152 students of SMA YPI Dharma Budi on August 14, 2025. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a pre-post assessment design to measure participants’ understanding before and after the educational intervention. The theoretical framework used includes financial literacy theory (Lusardi &amp; Mitchell, 2014), the Service-Learning model (Eyler &amp; Giles, 1999), and Social Learning Theory (Bandura, 1977). The activity adopted participatory education methods comprising three main components: material presentation by a resource person from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Representative Office of North Sumatra, interactive discussion, and a question-and-answer session. Pre-test results showed a mean initial comprehension score of 38.4 (scale of 100), while post-test results reached 71.6, indicating an improvement of 33.2 points (86.5%). A total of 87.5% of participants expressed interest in beginning to invest in the sharia capital market. This study aims to analyze the role of KKA in improving students’ technical and non-technical skills. The method used is qualitative descriptive, employing observation, documentation, and direct participation techniques during the implementation of KKA at the North Sumatra Provincial Public Works and Spatial Planning Office and the Medan 2 Area Office of Pegadaian during the period of January–February 2026. The results indicate that students gained improved technical competencies in administrative and financial activities, such as document recording, report review, and data processing using applications. Additionally, students demonstrated enhanced soft skills, including communication, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility. Challenges encountered included initial adaptation difficulties and uneven task distribution; however, these were addressed through active communication and guidance from the host institutions. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Mawaridussalam dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman santri, pengelola pesantren, dan pelaku UMKM pesantren mengenai fungsi, produk, dan mekanisme LKMS sebagai alternatif pembiayaan yang sesuai dengan prinsip Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi partisipatif melalui penyuluhan langsung, diskusi kelompok terarah (focused group discussion), dan pembagian modul edukasi kepada peserta. </em><em>Kegiatan ini melibatkan 60 peserta yang terdiri atas santri senior, ustaz, dan pelaku UMKM di lingkungan pesantren. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai produk-produk LKMS seperti mudharabah, musyarakah, dan murabahah, serta kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan usaha secara syariah. The development of sharia-based entrepreneurship is important because it can foster students’ economic independence while instilling Islamic values in business activities. This study employed a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were collected from various scientific sources, including national and international journal articles, books, and other scholarly publications related to Islamic entrepreneurship, santripreneurship, Islamic boarding school education, and business management. The findings indicate that business management training plays a significant role in improving students’ understanding of Islamic entrepreneurship concepts, Islamic business ethics, business planning, financial management, marketing strategies, and sustainable business development. Furthermore, the training contributes to the formation of entrepreneurial characteristics such as discipline, responsibility, creativity, leadership, and teamwork skills. The implementation of structured and practice-oriented business management training encourages the emergence of independent, productive, and competitive santripreneurs. Therefore, the development of an Islamic entrepreneurial spirit through business management training can serve as an effective strategy for enhancing the quality of human resources in Islamic boarding schools and supporting sharia-based economic empowerment.</em></p> M. The implementation method was carried out through the stages of preparation, implementation, and mentoring using lecture methods, question-and-answer sessions, and religious approaches based on Islamic values. The results of the activity showed a decrease in students’ anxiety and fear, increased learning motivation, self-confidence, and better social interaction. In addition, this activity also instilled the values of patience, trust in Allah (tawakkal), and optimism in students after the disaster. Kegiatan dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya pemahaman santri mengenai konsep keuangan syariah, pengelolaan uang saku yang cenderung konsumtif, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan lembaga keuangan syariah yang telah tersedia di lingkungan pesantren, yaitu BMT Mawaridussalam dan Bank Wakaf Mikro (BWM) Mawaridussalam. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, simulasi praktik, pendampingan, dan evaluasi yang melibatkan santri, pengelola pesantren, BMT, serta BWM sebagai mitra. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman santri mengenai prinsip dasar keuangan syariah, tumbuhnya kesadaran dalam menyusun perencanaan keuangan pribadi, serta meningkatnya minat menabung sesuai prinsip syariah. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memperkuat sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dengan pesantren dalam pengembangan literasi keuangan syariah berbasis praktik nyata.
