Cash waqf has the potential to serve as an Islamic philanthropic instrument that supports economic empowerment and social welfare. However, public participation still faces challenges related to limited literacy regarding the concept and impact of cash waqf, the need for transparent management, and trust in waqf institutions. This community service activity aimed to strengthen waqf literacy, digital transparency, and trust to encourage cash waqf participation at LAZISWA Mawaridussalam. The activity was conducted on 12 December 2025 with 30 participants through a seminar and workshop. The materials covered the concept and mechanism of cash waqf, its benefits and impacts, digital transparency, accountability, and public trust. Evaluation indicated improved participant understanding after the seminar and workshop. In practical terms, the activity strengthened participants' understanding of cash waqf and the importance of information transparency in building trust. Because numerical pre-test and post-test data were not available, the improvement is not expressed as a percentage. The activity indicates that a combination of education and workshop activities can be a relevant approach to strengthening the foundation for cash waqf participation
